70% of Gen Zers identified their best teachers as those who expressed genuine interest and cared about them as individuals.

Gen Z values close relationships with adults in their lives. Educators can prepare students for success by fostering those relationships and creating opportunities for mentorship and coaching.

Between 80% and 93% of Gen Z children say conversations with their parents about various aspects of their lives are helpful.

With Gen Z students reporting an appreciation for open communication with the adults in their lives, parents can play a critical role in supporting the well-being and success of their kids by making space for open dialog.
